Won for the second consecutive year with a hands-on booth featuring a festival motif!
KOKUYO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka/CEO: Hidekuni Kuroda) has won the Grand Prix in the ORGATEC TOKYO 2023 BEST PRESENTATION AWARDS Supported by ELLE DECOR Magazine for the second consecutive year at the ORGATEC TOKYO 2023 worldwide office furniture trade fair. Booths of exhibiting companies were evaluated by a panel of judges to award booth concept and design.

ORGATEC is an international office and facility trade fair with a 70-year history in Cologne, Germany. ORGATEC TOKYO was held in 2022 in Tokyo, the market leader in Asia, as the first ORGATEC satellite event. For the ORGATEC TOKYO 2023 BEST PRESENTATION AWARD Supported by ELLE DECOR Magazine, which was awarded to KOKUYO's booth for the second time, exhibitor booths are evaluated by a panel of judges based on five criteria: overall concept, design, functionality, originality, and sustainability. KOKUYO's booth was highly evaluated in each category, and was therefore awarded the Grand Prix.
KOKUYO's booth introduced its efforts to create original interior spaces, art, and furniture using digital fabrication technology under the slogan of "Let's Create Together." KOKUYO collaborated with VUILD, inc. (Headquarters: Kawasaki/President and CEO: Koki Akiyoshi), which has expertise in digital fabrication technology and a platform for processing and manufacturing, to propose a co-creation office solution that responds to various customer needs by eliminating the traditional barriers between creators and users.
In addition to introducing KOKUYO's efforts, such as furniture making by combining components together such as stools with wood processed by the digital wood processing machine ShopBot, workshops were held where visitors could actually experience the process first-hand.
